Occupational Therapy: Admissions Criteria

  1. A Baccalaureate degree in any discipline from a CHEA regionally accredited college/university
  2. A grade of “C” or better in the following prerequisite courses:

Anatomy & Physiology 2 with labs

Physiological Psychology or
Behavioral Neuroscience

Abnormal Psychology 3
Developmental/Life Span Psychology*

Child Psychology and
Adult Development

Child Psychology and
Psychology of Aging

* More than one course may be required to fulfill this requirement

  1. Admissions preference will be given to applicants who have volunteer experience in a clinical setting related to Occupational Therapy, although no specific number of hours is required.
