NYS Aid to Native Americans
The State grants up to $1,750 per year for full-time study (approximately $75 per credit hour for part-time study) to Native American students for attendance at post-secondary institutions, under the following conditions:
- Student or their parents must be enrolled members of a New York State tribe;
- Student must be a high school graduate;
- The maximum entitlement is four academic years;
- Student must attend a post-secondary institution in New York State that has been approved by the Board of Regents.
