Clearing Your Bill

Registered for the Spring? Make sure you have cleared your bill:

On-Line Tuition Bill Clearance

If you have financial aid paying your full tuition bill

  • Go to Banner Self Service    
  • Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  • Click Student Billing
  • Select the term and click submit.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Clearance of Tuition Bill.
  • Check the box to accept your charges for the Spring 2018 term.
  • Click the SUBMIT button.

On-Line Tuition Bill Payment

If you have an outstanding balance

  • Go to Banner Self Service
  • Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  • Click Student Billing.
  • Select the term and click submit.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the PROCEED button.
    • Note: If the Proceed button is not present, click on the Statement and Payment History link and then on the Payment Portal link that's located at the very bottom of the page.
  • Once inside the payment gateway select the PAY button (located on the left side under Your Account)
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your Downstate E-mail address once payment has been confirmed.
