Clerkship Site Assignments for the Class of 2011

For those of you registered for Primary Care Clerkship: Family Practice track

  • Dr. Gloria Mtomboti is the Clerkship Director.
  • Dr. Miriam Vincent, Chair of the Department of Family Practice, will make the site assignments.

The following is a list of possible sites:

  • Family Health Services — Lefferts Avenue, Brooklyn NY
  • Jamaica Family Medicine — Van Wyck Exwy & Jamaica Ave. (Jamaica, Queens)
  • Long Island College Hospital (LICH)
  • Lutheran Family Medicine — 56th Street & 6th Avenue (Sunset Park)
  • Private Practice Offices
    • Brooklyn:
      • Flatlands Avenue
      • Church Avenue
    • Long Island
    • Queens
  • South Nassau University Hospital Family Practice Center — Oceanside, Nassau County
  • University Hospital, Suite B — Downstate

Please note: If you have a preference for a site, you should contact Dr. Vincent through the Family Practice office at BSB1-115, (718) 270-4096 at least one month prior to the start of your rotation.
