Clerkship Site Assignments For The Class Of 2010

For those of you registered for Primary Care Clerkship: Family Practice track

  • Dr. Gloria Mtomboti is the Clerkship Director.
  • Dr. Miriam Vincent, Chair of the Department of Family Practice, will make the site assignments.

The following is a list of possible sites:

  • Family Health Services
  • Jamaica Family Medicine
  • Lutheran Family Medicine
  • Private Practice Offices
    • Ozone Park, Queens
    • Brooklyn
  • South Nassau University Hospital Family Practice Center
  • University Hospital - Suite B

Please note: If you have a preference for a site, you should contact Dr. Vincent through the Family Practice office at BSB1-115, (718) 270-4096 at least one month prior to the start of your rotation.
