Anesthesia Rural Access Scholarships

The Committee on Rural Access to Anesthesia Care focused on developing a rural medical student scholarship program. The application for financial assistance for this rural medical student anesthesiology rotation is on the American Society of Anesthesiologists Medical Student web page. It is also listed on the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research home page under “News and Notes” on the right side.

The scholarships awarded will be up to $750 per student to help pay for expenses for travel and lodging for a rural anesthesiology elective. We encourage medical students interested in anesthesiology to apply.
